TRAIN NEW PROMOTERS
Hand hold people through the training process if they need it. Don’t just send them to this website and leave them to it. Ensure they have the tools and knowledge they need to get started promoting Pruvit products.
SET GOALS WITH NEW PROMOTERS
When a new promoter joins, and at the beginning of each month, meet with your key promoters to discuss what their next goals are for the business.
SETUP YEARLY PROMOTER MEMBERSHIP
Ensure Yearly Promoter Membership Fee (US$49) is Setup on Smartship.
Go to Back office > Store > Supplements and Membership to set it, Manage > Profiles to edit it.
ENDORSEMENT BONUS / TURN ON PROMOTER SMARTSHIP
Encourage promoters to turn on their Smartship, to lead by example, to have stock for samples, AND to earn their Endorsement Bonus = Pruvit Bucks = free monthly product.

CONNECT WITH NEW PROMOTERS IN YOUR DOWNLINE
When a new promoter joins your community, you will receive message on your Pruvit Pulse app. Click on the link provided, and it will go straight to their account in your Back Office Community. If this doesn’t happen, you can find them in in your Back office by:
Manage > Community > Placement Tree – Community > New Team Members
Click on their phone or email icon and send a message of congratulations and offering support if needed. Make sure they have this link to Experience Better.

CONGRATULATE PROMOTERS WHEN THEY RANK UP
Check your Pruvit Pulse App ‘Activity’ section regularly. If any promoters have reached a new goal, you will get a notification with a Trophy icon. Click on the promoter name for contact details if you don’t know them, and send an SMS or email of congratulations and offer collaboration if desired. If they are in your personal promoter thread, post congrats there to increase team morale!
GO PRO – GO MVP – RANK UP!
Each week, check your back office to see which of your promoters are close to achieving Go Pro & Go MVP, and then check to see who is close to achieving the next rank. Contact them to see if they would like support to hit that next mark and earn more, and if they say yes, give them the required training or connect them with your upline for extra help.
To check for Go Pro & Go MVP: Back Office > Manage > Community > Placement Tree Community > Highest Group Volume First > Go Pro or Go MVP then scroll across to see how close they are.
